All Loftilla Smart Scale products are under one (1) year limited warranty. The warranty is listed at the end of this page. To register your product warranty, please send an email to support@loftilla.com, In your email please have the following information:

1.Product Name (including Model Number and Color; e.g., Loftilla CS20B Black)
2.Purchase Order Number (e.g., amazon.com format similar to 111-1234567-1234567)
3.Purchase Date
4.Price
5.Your Name
6.Your Email
7.Your Address, Phone Number (For use of sending you replacement)

The Manufacturer’s Warranty does not apply to defects caused by factors other than normal domestic use or use in accordance with the Product’s User Manual. The Warranty does not apply to damage to this product that occurred as a result of abuse or misuse, abnormal service or handling, battery leakage or failure, or if the product has been altered or modified in any way, or if the damage was caused by repairs.
