My scale has a non-zero number, can’t get back to 0.0. How can I reset?

When your scale has a non-zero number, can’t get back to 0.0, your scale needs a power-on reset to get off this non-zero number. Please do following:

(1) Pull one battery out from your scale, and then put it back in.

(2) IMMEDIATELY place the scale on a flat hard surface.

(3) After you see the scale displays 0.0, close the battery cover.
